He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Ballard and Ruth Ballard (Toman); his sisters, Delores Haag, Ruth Phelan (John), Rosette Reinke (Richard) and Theresa Kaiser (John); and his brother-in-law Donald Hahn.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ollhoff; his son William "Billy" Ballard Jr. (Nancy); his grandchildren, Andrew, Jacob Ballard and Ashley Ballard; his sister Sandra Hahn; and his siblings-in-law, John Ollhoff and Elaine Schuman (Larry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice in Bill's name.
