He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Jacob Kober and Arlene Reinemann Kober; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Kober and Thomas Kober. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Todd Goedeke, Kim Goedeke, Tad Goedeke (Diane), Robert Goedeke (Mary) and Jon Goedeke (Lisa); his grandchildren, Zack Goedeke, Luke Goedeke, Isis Lynn Nosair (Sean), Elijah Lynn (Christine), Kelly Goedeke, Joe Goedeke, Jed Goedeke, Lily Goedeke and Nina Goedeke; his great grandchildren, Ethan Lynn, Jade Lynn and Malik Nosiar; his siblings, Earl Goedeke (Jan), Jude Berray (Bill) and Christine Hayner; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Berge (Jim), Judy Luecke (Lloyd), Karen Berg, Jack Kober (Sue), Gary Kober (Theresa) and Steven Kober.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Wayne's name.
