He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugo Neuman and Elsie Neuman (Pozenel); and his parents-in-law, Fred and Caroline Limberg. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Neuman of Howards Grove; his children, Kelly Arvey (Collin) of Shawano, Kari LaPean (Tim) of Sheboygan and Kevin (Brooke) of Elmwood; his sister Linda Randall (Paul) of Oconomowoc; his grandchildren, Elliott Arvey, Marshall Arvey, Maverick LaPean and Wyatt LaPean; and his brothers-in-law, Wayne (Laurie), Jerome (Barb) and James Limberg (Jean).
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. John's Lutheran Church in Plymouth and to Trinity Lutheran Church in Howards Grove.
