She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Krueger and Viola Krueger (Zimmermann); her husband Marvin H. Scheibl; her son David Scheibl; her siblings, Betty Plate (Don), Audrey Scroggins (Bill), Carol Guse (Bill), Laurin Krueger and Vernon Krueger (Betty Jane); her siblings-in-law, Marion Wieland (Harvey), Isabell Stuemke (Rueben), Ellen Wilhelms (Earl), Willard (Ann), Norman (Gertrude) and Frederick Scheibl; and her daughter-in-law Grace Scheibl.
She is survived by: her daughter Connie Kupsch (Al); her daughter-in-law Kay Scheibl; her grandsons, Tyler, Brayden (Haley Marman) and Noah (Maddy Miller); her sister Janet Kuester (Warren); her sisters-in-law, Ann Krueger and Joyce Scheibl; and also, Mike, Jean Kuhfuss and John. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established in Shirley's name.
