He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Prange and Bertha Prange (Fasse); his wife Marion Prange; and his siblings, Gaylord Prange, Avila Lenz, Olinda Schomberg and Wesley Prange.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Prange, John Prange, Sandra Weber and Robert Prange (Michelle); his grandchildren, Shaun Prange (Amy), Jamie Prange, Jessica Boncher (Philip), Jenna Prange, Jason Prange and Elizabeth Weber; and his great grandchildren, Lila, Kerigan, Jackson, Cameryn, Jordy, Mason, Marlice and Aurora.
A memorial fund has been established to St. Paul's Church in the name of Norbert Prange.
