She was predeceased by: her parents, Arwin Herzog and Eleanora Herzog Sr. (Oetling); her siblings, Elaine Rautmann (Merlin), Marion Prange, Jane Schmidt (Jeanold), Robert Herzog and Carl Herzog; and her brother-in-law Donald Reinemann.
She is survived by: her siblings, Shirley Reinemann, Arwin Herzog (Marilyn), Eugene Herzog (Dorothy) and Donald Herzog (Lois); and her siblings-in-law, Pete Prange, Mary Herzog and Sharon Herzog. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A memorial fund has been established in Karen's name.
