He is survived by: his parents, Fredric Leslie and Christine Leslie (Yankovich) of Sheboygan; his sisters, Amanda Leslie of Sheboygan and Brittany Kamine (Brandon) of Sheboygan; his grandmothers, Ranelle Yankovich of Kenosha and Edith Collins (Frank) of New Richmond; and his stepgrandmother Mary Ann Aulbur of Kenosha. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
