He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Regan and Mary Regan (Murphy); his sister Leah Eubanks Hallam; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Kasper and Carl Swigert.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Straus (Swigert); his sons, Michael Regan (Kerri) and Alfred Regan; his grandchildren, Elaina, Maycie and Myles Regan; his siblings, Timothy Regan (Heidi) and Lori Kasper; his siblings-in-law, Darren Hallam, Mark Swigert (Deb), Leo Swigert (Kathy) and Edie Strysick (Todd); and his pets, Cali, Chance and Sunny. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Jeff's name.
