He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Eickhoff (Sinner) and Arvin Eickhoff; his parents-in-law, Erwin and Edna Behnke; and his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Mueller, Ronald Behnke and Norman Immel.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Pufahl (Daniel) of Norfolk, NE, Kristin Numrich (Thomas) of Eagle River and Eric Eickhoff (Kathleen) of Sheboygan Falls; his grandchildren, Derek Pufahl (Stephanie Hempel), Kimberly Stelse (Kyle), Joshua Eickhoff (Melanie), Ian Eickhoff (Emma Kearns) and Samuel Eickhoff (Natalie); his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Lucas and Elijah Stelse; his wife Eunice Behnke; and his sisters, Mae Ann Mueller of Sheboygan, Sylvia Immel of Fond du Lac, Sharon Behnke of Brillion, Russell and Elda Boettcher of Stoughton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Erwins name may be given to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Howards Grove, WI.
