He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jaeger and Mabel Zastrow Jaeger; his wife Darlene F. Lorenz; his daughter Karen Stoelb; his grandson Michael Heck; his siblings, Ruth Barts (Elmer), Roland Jaeger (Edna), Viola Hoppe (Herbert), Florence Lorenz (Clemens), Harold Jaeger (Lucille), Audrey Janing (Hugo), George Jaeger, Jeanette and Delton Jaeger; and his siblings-in-law, Roland Lorenz (Jeannette) and Ruth Lorenz.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Heck (William), Daryl Jaeger (Kelly), Linda Kuether (Scott), Kathie Richards (Paul), Todd Jaeger (Wendy) and De Pere; his son-in-law Daniel Stoelb; and his grandchildren, Regan Disotell (Kelly), Tristan Stoelb (Ashley), Brennan Stoelb (Hannah), Melissa, Colleen, Jennifer, Rachael Heck, Amanda (Matt Heimerl), Alex Jaeger (Amanda), Austin Jaeger (Sarah Kempen), Jordan, Spencer Kuether, Matthew, Bethany Richards and Ethan Jaeger. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in his name for the St. Mark Food Pantry.
