He is survived by: his mother Ardella Fields (Beske) of Sheboygan; his brothers, Craig Fields of Sheboygan and Gary Fields (Cheryl) of Sheboygan; his nieces and nephews, Crystal Fields, Brad Fields (Tracee), April Bower (Mike) and Ryn Fields; his great-nephew Colt; his great-nieces, McKenzie and Harper; and his daughter Jamie Allen (Trevor) of Utah.
