He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kowalkowski and Marie Kowalkowski (Hogan); and his sisters, Geraldine Tesch (Leroy) and Helen Bednarowski (Robert). He is survived by: his wife Marlene Kasperek; his children, Steven Kowalkowski (Amy), Karen Sorenson (Christopher), Daniel Kowalkowski (Mary), Edward Kowalkowski (Karen), Roger Kowalkowski and Dale; and his sisters, Janice O'Connell (Wayne) and Lois Miliander (Art). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
