He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Buchman and Teresa Buchman (Moran); his stepmother Pearl; his brothers, Leonard Jr. (Doris), Richard and Charles; his grandparents, Fred H., Lena Buchman (Wolfrath), Edward and Mary Moran; his parents-in-law, Robert and Ella Griesbach; his brother-in-law Robert Griesbach Jr.; his brothers, Jerry (June Glaser) and LeRoy (Joyce Griesbach); his nephew Christopher Charles Buchman; and his godson Greg Griesbach.
He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Denise Steudel (Ron), Brenda Buchman, Kim Detert (Mike), Kevin Buchman (Julie) and Sara Schultz (Mike); his grandchildren, Joseph Steudel (Kamra), Maggie Handler (Ryan), Mitch Steudel (Amie), Melissa Maroszek, Brittany Detert, Tanner Buchman (Danielle), Amy Huss (Tyler), Alex Schultz and Spencer Schultz; his great grandchildren, Teddy, Robert, Ella, Bennett, Finley, Holden, Avari, Easton, Kennedy, Myla and Baby Steudel; and his siblings-in-law, Caroline Buchman, Kathy and Doug Besaw. He is also survived by children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
COVID kept us physically away from Dad since March but knowing he was receiving excellent care helped us through it.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
