He was predeceased by: his parents, John Slavin and Eleanore Slavin (Cobb); his son Daniel; and his sister Jayne (Russ). He is survived by: his wife Lori Pertile; his children, Bryan (Kelly), Sarah (Bryan) and Jennifer (Brad); his grandchildren, Hunter, Cambelle, Claire, Sophie, Jonathan and Olivia; and his siblings, John (Donna) and Janice. He is also survived by cousins, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
