He is survived by: his former spouse Irish; his wife Annie; his children, Marty Knuppel (Lisa), Mike Knuppel (Carole), Butch Knuppel (Karrie) and Brad Knuppel (Kristin); his grandchildren, Allison Belongea (Kurt), Jake Knuppel (Mallory), Leslie Wardwell (Joe), Trenton Knuppel, Sam Knuppel, Kalyssa Knuppel, Kaia Knuppel and Keira Knuppel; his great grandchildren, George and Alice; his siblings, Jean Wickeham (Dave), Herman Knuppel, Joan Graber (Mike), Joyce Zercher (Emil), Betty Goslin, Katherine Saunders (Mark), Anthony Knuppel (Cheryl) and Karen DeNoble; and his brother-in-law Howard Moe.
