She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Smith and Ruby Smith (Allen); and her brother James "Andy" Smith. She is survived by: her friends, Karri and Marlene; her husband Russell Niemeyer; her daughter Katelyn; and her niece Lydia Elgersma. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A burial was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lowell Cemetery.
