He was predeceased by: his parents, Oswald John and Lillian John (Gehrke); his grandchildren, Eric and Amber; and his siblings, Leroy and Beverly Rennock.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Tschan of Horicon; his children, Barbara John of Horicon, Steve John (Deb) of Watertown, Sue John of Horicon and Leanne John of Hustisford; his friend Travis Vergenz; his grandchildren, Cassandra Grose (Rich), Keisha Vergenz and Brian Ulik; and his great grandchildren, Benika and Brayden Grose. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
