It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Lee Mumaw of Holmen, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 30, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Mumaw and Marion Mumaw; his sister Betty Kraus; his niece Melanie Kraus; his friend Victor Borgmann; his siblings-in-law, Ardie Lezpona-Holzer and Larry Holzer; and also, Bryl and Doris Holzer.

He is survived by: his sibling Greenville; his wife Pamela Sievert (Holzer); his stepchild Lindsey Sievert; his children, Sarah Flury (Mike), Katie Luick (Josh), Matt Sievert, Samantha Lessard (Jamey) and Lindsey Hilton (Tony); his siblings, Richard "Dick" Mumaw (Marilyn), Mary Reed (Chuck), Janet Kelly (Allen "Punk"), Nancy Schriener (Mike) and Jerry Mumaw (Kathy); and his brother-in-law Mark Kraus. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
