Matushek (Holmen, Wisconsin), born in Caledonia, Minnesota, who passed away on August 28, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Amy Hembd (William) of Galesville and Paul Matushek (Maureen) of Madison; his grandchild Dakota; his stepgrandchildren, Noah, Jessica, Tessa and Vanessa; his great grandchildren, Giovanni Jr. and Brent Jr.; his sister Paulette Drozdowicz (Peter) of La Crosse; his nephews, Nicholas and Michael; and his father John Parr.
