She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Karlinsky and Frances Karlinsky (Brown); her husband Jack; and her sister Katherine "Cookie" Osborne. She is survived by: her sister Bonnie Kindschy (Ramon Kohnert) of Whitehall; and her nieces and nephews, Dean Kindschy (Jane), Kent Kindschy (Deb), Peter Osborne, David Osborne, Travis Osborne (Sue), Kelli Schmitt (Rob) and Laurel Grey. She is also survived by many other great-nieces and nephews and friends.
In her spare time, Pat enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and quilting projects that she would donate to local churches and fundraisers.
