He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Kurt (Evangeline) of Woodbury, MN and Debra (Marcia) of Monroe, NC; his grandson Andrew of Charlotte, NC.; and his sister Juliana Johnson (Walter) of Yukon, Oklahoma..
