He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Oscar, Katherine Severtson and Red Metcalf; and his uncle Roy Severtson. He is survived by: his parents, Gwen Barbour and John Severtson; his children, Aria Stone (Tyler Skidmore), Ian Severtson (Olivia Hart) and Chloe Wescott; his grandchild Aurora Skidmore; his grandmother Evelyn Metcalf; his nephews, Henry and Emmett; and his close friends, Ben, Annie, Kyla, Sue, Vern, Scott, Nate, Kenny, Derrick, Kathy, Jordan, Andrew, Ryan and Jamie. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred and will be directed to an educational trust for his children.
