He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Ustby and Evelyn Ustby; and his brother Steven Ustby. He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his children, Kristina Rogers (Robert) and Adrian Ustby (Ashley); his grandchildren, Kaiden, Lizzy, Julian, Logan, Madison, Kashtyn, Laynee and Baby Ustby; his siblings, Russell Ustby (Helen) and Carol Rindahl (Alan); and his mother-in-law Alice Jackson.
