He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth (Leslie) of Plano, TX, Daniel (Mary) of Appleton, WI and Jamie (Melissa) of Onalaska; his grandchildren, Karen Pica-Anderson (Nathan) of Woodbury, MN, Camille Dahl (Kamden Gahr) of Chicago and Brayden Dahl of Onalaska; and his great grandchild Laurel Pica-Anderson.
