With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil R. Rochester (Holmen, Wisconsin), born in La Crosse, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 27, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rochester and Marie Rochester (Barrett); and his siblings, Dorothy Rochester, Stella Rochester, Louis, John and Robert Rochester.
He is survived by: his wife Norene; his children, Cathryn Taylor of Brooklyn Park, MN, Carol Bittner (William) of Trempealeau, Celia DeColon (Brad) of North Bend, Joel Rochester (Kim) of Holmen, Cindy Craig (Larry) of Mindoro, SueAnn Llewellyn (Chris) of Creswell, OR, Jayne Johnston (Jay), Janet Rochester, Karin Helmers (Jeff) of Onalaska, Anna Rochester (Brian Shoichet) of Kentfield, CA and Patricia Stange (Tom) of Sparta; and his siblings, Grace Bashaw of LaCrosse, Lester Rochester of Onalaska, Clarence Rochester of Onalaska and Richard Rochester (Mary Lou) of Onalaska. He is also survived by twenty eight grandchildren; twenty three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Freedom Honor Flight Program-La Crosse or St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in honor of Cecil.
