He is survived by: his parents, Derek and Brandi; his sister Bliss Knox; his grandparents, Leand Moore of New Albin, IA, Derek Hart, Teri Hart of Bangor, Charles Brevik of Holmen and Pamela Brevik of Holmen; and his great-grandparent John Brevik of Fairchild, WI. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles.
