She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Severson and Bonnie Severson (Winden); her husband Myron Burkeland; her siblings, Edner and Sylvan (Sandy); her son-in-law Darrell Carpenter; and her grandson Craig Burkeland.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Burkeland (Donna), Carol Carpenter, Dennis Burkeland (Angela) and Dale Burkeland (Janet); and her siblings, Gloria, Luther (Joyce) and Lois.
