He was predeceased by: his parents, John Koch and Loretta Koch (Schroeder); and his siblings, Margaret Niesen and Franklin Koch. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Koch; his daughter Debbie Brondum (Tom); his siblings, Robert Koch (Peg) and Rose Swingen (Roger); his grandchild Hailey Brondum (Jacob "Floyd" Urban); and his siblings-in-law, Gary Niesen and Eileen Koch. He is also survived by many cousins, in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family of Bernie's to be used for Mass intentions plus charities, which will be designated at a later date.
