He was predeceased by: his siblings, George Handler and Louise Peters. He is survived by: his wife Wilda; his children, Richard J. Handler of Johnsburg, IL and Christine M Handler (Dan Ides) of Bloomer, WI; and his stepson Patrick Shannon (Stacey). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
