He is survived by: his significant other Carol Colliver; his children, Johnny Colliver Jr., Joy Colliver, Jamie Colliver (Stoll) and Jesse Colliver; and his grandchildren, Ricky, Johnny, Samantha of Amethyst, JJ, Nikki, Fawn, Zack, Shianne, Lexi and Josh.
