He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Nelson and Gertrude Irene Nelson (Rumphol); and his siblings-in-law, Daniel Andazol, Caroline Engberg and Robert Fenske.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Nelson (Stewart); his sister Mildred; his siblings-in-law, Corrine, Donna (David), Nancy Thompson (Doug), Susan (Harlan) and David (Debbie); and his niece Dawn (Jeff). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
