He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Johnson and Etta Johnson (Snuggerud); and his brothers, Rich, Bob (Tami) and Jeff Johnson.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Carol Thomas; his girlfriend's daughter Kayla Thomas (Zach Anderson); and his sisters, Pat Hagen (Orland), Joan Gathje (Jim) and Lori Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and countless friends.
