He was predeceased by: his father Donald L. Peterson; his wife Shirley Peterson; and his pet Spot. He is survived by: his mother Barbara A. Peterson (Bue); his former wife Julie Hanson; his children, Laura Arnhoelter (Jason), Matthew Peterson and Stacy Peterson; his grandchildren, Chase and Mia Arnhoelter; his siblings, Diana Benedict, Kathy Thomas, Randy Peterson and Michael Peterson; and his sister-in-law Belinda Peterson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
