He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Koskamp and Martha Koskamp (Swart); his brothers, Jim and Peter Koskamp (Anna); and his brothers-in-law, Luther Ratmeyer, Adrian Joosse and John Wisse (Arline).
He is survived by: his wife Edna Van Ess; his daughter Joanne; his siblings, Mary Thiel (Clarence), Jane Ratmeyer and Aaron Koskamp (Barbara); and his sister-in-law Laverne Joosse. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials are appreciated to Grand Avenue United Methodist Church Port Washington, Alzheimer's Association or American Diabetes Association.
