She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sr. Ostrander and Rosella Ostrander (Saueressig); and her son Dustin Bruggink. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Bruggink; her children, Darrell Bruggink (Beth), Davin Bruggink (Yvonne) and Dawn Bruggink Hansen; her son-in-law Brian Hansen; her siblings, Robert Ostrander Jr., Jane Weyer and Jean Welzien (Danny); and her siblings-in-law, Roland Bruggink (Kathy), Allen Bruggink (Ruth), Harold Jr. "Butch" Bruggink (Suzzi), Beverly Winninghoff and Lola Lindow (Ken). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in her name for Hingham Church.
