It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Viola Kallenbach of Hillsdale, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 25, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Tuftin and Gena Tuftin (Erickson); her husband Dale Kallenbach; and her siblings, Mabel Rhodes, Helene Rhodes, Edwin and Casper Tuftin.
She is survived by: her children, Renee Jefferson (Greg) of Burnsville, MN, Donna Offord (Jeff) of Wasilla, AK, Russell (Carol) of Hillsdale and Dean (Sandra) of Eau Claire; her sisters, Clara Kallenbach of Hillsdale and Olga Schwartz (John) of Centuria; her brother-in-law David Kallenbach of Sun City, AZ; and her granddaughters, Jayne, Elise Kallenbach and Jean. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
In that spirit, the family encourages memorials to be directed toward First Lutheran Church of Arland, the Lewy Body Dementia Association or the Barron Area Education Foundation, or to a charity of your choice.
