He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Chalupecky and Velma Chalupecky (Picha); his wife Karen Needs; and his grandson Air Force Dustan Chalupecky. He is survived by: his children, Holly Chalupecky (Lee Revels) of Union Center, Carla Kelbel (Roger) of La Valle, Eddie Joe (Wanda Kozlowski) of Washington and Chad Chalupecky (Brittany) of Hillsboro; his sister Lois Eberhardt (Arden) of Kendall; and his sister-in-law Janet Menacher (Steve) of Oblong, Illinois.. He is also survived by seven Grandchildren; fourteen Great Grandchildren.
