He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pacl and Georgia Pacl (Picha); his wife Jane Pacl; and his daughter Cindy Pacl (Ketelsen). He is survived by: his children, Carol Downing of Hillsboro, Helen Pacl (Curt Coshenet) of Winona, MN and Richard Pacl, Jr. (Michele) of La Crosse; his grandchildren, Michael, Jacob Ketelsen, Julie Tabor (Jared), Justin Downing, Morgan and Marshall Pacl; his great grandchild Corbin; and his siblings, Bettie Luk (Michael) of Fair Oaks, CA, Beverly Pacl of Wonewoc and William "Bill" Pacl of Mauston.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Picha Funeral Home (908 Prairie Ave, Hillsboro, WI 54634). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
