He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann; his children, Abigail Pertzborn (Theodore), Dorothy Mueller (Andreas) and Robert "Ted" Roberts (Angela); his grandchildren, Della Buehl, Samuel Stein (Kenna) and Catherine Ann Roberts; and his great grandchildren, Owen, Colin, Kashtyn and Kayson.
