He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Lowrey and Irene Lowrey (Campbell); and his siblings, Ray, Larry, James Lowrey, Genevieve Saltz, Litta Vance, Ethel Adams Lund, Freda Williams and Linda Buggbe.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Lowrey (Bruce) of Hillsboro; his children, Becky Jackson (Rob) of Kendall, Martin Lowrey (Valerie) of Pennsylvania, Samantha Erickson (Alan) of Cashton, Alicia Lowrey of Wisconsin Dells, Patrick Glynn of Chilton and Holly Nemec (Brian) of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Russell, Randall Jackson, Caitlyn, Logan Lowrey, Shelbi Peterson, Alex, Darci Erickson, Brody Glynn, Justin and Abigail Nemec; his great grandchildren, McKenzie and Amara Peoppel; and his siblings, Jerry Lowrey (Janice), Ralph Lowrey (Marjie), Betty Richter and Opal Anderson.
