She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Roth and Oscar Roth; her husband Merlin E. Havlik; and her brother Richard Roth. She is survived by: her children, Sara Heidenreich (Donald) of Richland Center, Merlin Anthony (Louisa) of Stoughton, Timothy (Mitzi) of Paducah and Lawrence (Johanna) of Fishers, Indiana; and her brother Robert Roth (Berlaine) of Baraboo. She is also survived by ten Grandchildren; twelve Great Grandchildren.
