She is survived by: her husband LeRoy A. Madison of Hillsboro, WI; her daughters, Terri Madison of Lyndon Station, WI and Toni Madison of Hillsboro, WI; her grandchildren, Kylea Stilson, J'me Stokes and Jessi Wetley; and her great grandchildren, Darren, Jade and Nicholas.
