She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hooker and Mary Hooker (Snorek); her siblings, Marvin (Agnes), Donald (Marie), Elgin (Sylvia), Edward "Bud", William and Bessie Wopat (Ernest); her nieces, Barbara Libansky (Hooker) and Denise Hooker; and her nephew Larry Hooker.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Bonnie Hooker. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
