She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Havlik and Jessie Havlik (Zajicek); her former husband Cletus Walker; her son Steve Walker; and her brothers, Albert, Merlin, Arley and Loren Havlik.
She is survived by: her husband John Mitchell of Hillsboro; her children, Vicki Anderson (Floyd) of Richland Center, Dave Walker (Anita) of Richland Center, Kevin Walker (Stella) of Hillsboro and Terry Walker (Rose) of Hillsboro; and her sister Betty Wenzel (Dick). She is also survived by fifteen Grandchildren; thirty-four Great Grandchildren.
