He is survived by: his wife Leota Handy; his children, Kelly Chadwick, Jordan Chadwick (Karen), Becky Stanley (Sam) and Scott Chadwick; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Chadwick, Kayla Thorpe (Colin), Troy Chadwick (Rebecca), Lindsay Chadwick (Ryan) and Breanna Stanley; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Bentley and Tate; his sister Bonnie Smith; his stepson David Handy; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Johnson and Arlie Levy.
