He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Holgerson and Hazel Holgerson (Haldeman); his wife Joanne Barto of Hillsboro; his children, Sena Toews (Marlow), Penny Steiner (Bill), Beke Trevithick (Ken), Kreg Holgerson (Jessica) and Helga Moser (Melvin); his son-in-law Mark Hamann; his former wife Doretha; his daughter Kris Hamann; and his granddaughter Grace Trevithick.
