She is survived by: her husband Edward Hofmeister; her daughters, Tammy Hofmeister (Brent Bailey) of Monona and Mitzi Havlik (Tim) of Paducah, KY; her grandchildren, Melanie Havlik (Eric Mathis), Jonathan Havlik (Angel), Jett Bailey and Reez Bailey; her great grandchildren, Amber Havlik, Julie Mathis, Sebastian Havlik and Alek Havlik; her sister Evelyn Eastman (Larry) of Apple Valley, CA; her niece Jill Eastman; her nephew Jamie Eastman (Laura); her great-nieces, Eve and Ellen; and her friend Carole Steinhorst.
