We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2023, at the age of 49, Pauline C. Simmons of Hilbert, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Paul Wolfe; and also, Craig Dennis, Carrie Swanson and Jason Dennis. She is survived by: her mother Jane Wolfe (Fournier) of Silver Springs, FL; her boyfriend Carson Dennis; her children, Aaron Simmons of Fond, Lac, Sierra Thalheim (Michael) of Sheboygan, Logan Simmons of Brillion and Alex Simmons of Brillion; her brother Eric Wolfe of Manchester, NH; her sisters-in-law, Heather Swanson and Emily Swanson of North Carolina; her uncle Dan; her aunt Mary Dennis of Seattle, WA; and her pets, Gracie and Uma. She is also survived by other relatives, and many friends.
