He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Winkers and Jeanette Winkers (McGill) of Highland, WI.; his wife Alice Biba; his sister Mary (Bill Stanek); and his siblings-in-law, Don Biba, Bill Biba, Lorraine Menke and Frances Menke.
He is survived by : his siblings, Bill Winkers (Bonnie) of Spring Green, WI and Dianne Kohout (John) of Montfort, WI.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, relatives, and a very close family of friends.
