He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Scullion and Florence Scullion (Hasburgh); his son Walter; his grandson Clint Scullion; his siblings, Tom Scullion (Dorothy), Michael Scullion (Joan), Helen "Nellie" Prochaska-Wagget and Mary Wepking (Cyril); and his siblings-in-law, Dale Felton and Patricia Herrington.
He is survived by: his wife JohnAnn Felton; his sons, James (Karen), Kelly (Cathy) and John (Maryann) of Highland; and his grandchildren, Jessie Scullion, Ben Scullion (Alix), Trent Scullion, Chantel Bollant (Brantly), Dustin Scullion (Lisa), Katelyn Nichols (Cade), Ashley Moen (Bryce), William Carnahan and Christine Piangco. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.
